The Senior Financial Analyst at JLL is responsible for providing advanced financial analysis, modeling, and insights specifically for the Google Bay Area account. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing complex financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to drive financial performance and support the account's objectives.
 

Responsibilities:

•        Provide advanced financial analysis and modeling support for the Google Bay Area account.

•        Analyze and interpret complex financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

•        Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

•        Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

•        Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial requirements and provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

•        Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes specific to the Google Bay Area account.

•        Evaluate and analyze financial risks and opportunities within the account, highlighting areas for improvement and cost optimization.

•        Support financial aspects of contracts, client billing, and vendor agreements related to the Google Bay Area account.

•        Ensure compliance with accounting standards, JLL policies, and the specific requirements of the Google Bay Area account.

•        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and strategies with operational plans for the Google Bay Area account.

•        Stay updated on financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial analysis and reporting.

•        Provide financial guidance and support to the Google Bay Area account team and stakeholders.

•        Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders associated with the Google Bay Area account.

•        Contribute advanced financial insights and recommendations to strategic planning for the Google Bay Area account.

•        Verify accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring appropriate documentation and controls are in place.
 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

•  2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finances, related field

• Advanced English level required

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software).

•  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present findings to stakeholders.

•   Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis techniques.

•   Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

•  Ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful information for analysis.

•  Familiarity with financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.

•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•  Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.
