This role actively supports the Global Finance team by improving financial outcomes through robust business partnering and maintaining overall financial integrity and accuracy. A Can-do approach, strong proactivity and excellent communication skills are crucial as well as the willingness to challenge status quo, be critical and value creation oriented. **Job Description:** Johnson & Johnson Global Finance Services is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst located in Bogota. As a key member of the FP&A team, the Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial results analyzing, challenging, and supporting strategic decision-making process to support Global Services objectives for Americas region. Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for: · Leading together with the Finance Manager the annual budgeting process and updates for GS LATAM and the Northern Region aiming to develop meaningful budgets, aligned to the strategies and business goals. · Close follow-up to the gross spend by providing efficient tools to Functions (i.e Finance, Procurement, HR) to ensure cost control across GS Americas. + Performs and presents financial analysis to management and provides recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders + Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting to Corporate on TM1 and Bravo. · Close follow-up to headcount per country/sector. · Closely monitors P&L performance including expenses and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities. · Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting team **Qualifications:** 1) Education level required: Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Economics, Finance), MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus 2) Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Finance, FP&A, Sales and marketing Controlling 3) Required knowledge: + Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired results. + Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally (i.e: top management) and abroad (i.e. multiple countries/cross-sector). + Superior analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in timely manner. + Prioritizes well and meets commitment in deadline-driven environment.
