Integrated Ops (IO) Finance

As an integral part of the Integrated Ops (IO) Finance team, this position will lead various IT projects including ERP system implementation and provide direct support to our Integrated Operations and Global Supply Chain departments. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and cost management across various functions, including Manufacturing, Assembly, Facilities, Manufacturing Support, Procurement, and Logistics. You will assist with various ad hoc projects, business cases to help key stake holders with decision making.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Financial Analyst:

· Technical lead (SME) for ERP implementation and lead configuration and user requirement gathering discussions.

· Act as system implementation business partner and collaborate with cross functional team for successful process improvements and system enhancement projects.

· Lead the development and implementation of budgets for allocated costs, capital, and inventory as well as take charge of developing Manufacturing labor base and staffing forecasts.

· Conduct cost analysis and monitor the performance of direct labor material, allocated costs, and capital projects.

· Provide actionable information to leadership to aid in effective cost management.

· Lead the development of Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs) and supporting business cases.

· Collaborate in the development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP).

· Help to improve the team's analytic tools, including financial metrics, staffing levels, and integration of other manufacturing performance KPIs.

· Preparing and reviewing Journal Entries as needed as well as ad hoc reports and projects.

Skills You Bring To this Role:

· Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills with excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with all levels of management.

· Demonstrated ability to meet established goals and deadlines as well as work ethic and ability to perform within a team environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills to promote positive and professional work relationships we well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Solid working knowledge and experience using SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

· Experience within the aerospace or manufacturing industry is preferred.

· Self-motivated, inquisitive with strengths in project management, customer service, and the ability to handle ambiguity.

What you need to be successful:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or other related discipline.

· 5 years experience in Finance, Business, or other related role.

· Knowledge of SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
