Job Description

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned core/strategic accounts, owning end-to-end financial performanceLead account-level analysis, margin optimization, pricing strategy and initiatives. Build and maintain financial models for insightful evaluationPartner with Sales and Product Manager to shape account strategies, investment decisions, and long-term growth plans. Develop a deep understanding of customer economics, contract structures, and growth driversOwn forecasting and budgeting processes for core accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Track performance vs. plan, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actionsDevelop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial and operational health, drive digitalization in key accounts management and reviewAct as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insightsConduct annual price agreement reviews and maintain price quotes in the system for key accountsSupport QBR and MBR reviews, and perform other ad hoc analysis and special projects as required 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial financeProven experience supporting large or strategic accounts, customers, or business unitsStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred

Experience partnering closely with Sales or Account Management teamsBackground in pricing strategy & contract analysisExperience in a matrixed, fast-paced, or global organization
