**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** As the Transfer Pricing Analyst responsible, for transfer pricing reconciliation and reporting, your primary role is to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations, and accurately report on transactions between related entities within a multinational organization. This role demands a hands-on approach to developing innovative tracking and reporting methods, offering critical support during audits, and engaging in cross-functional partnerships. + Controllership: You will balance and analyze transactions to ensure they follow process guidelines. This involves reviewing transaction records, financial statements, and supporting documents to identify any discrepancies or potential risks. + Documentation and Compliance: Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local regulations and international standards. This includes conducting extensive research, analyzing market data, and preparing transfer pricing reports to support the organization's compliance efforts. + Reporting and Analysis: Preparing accurate and timely reports for internal and external partners. This includes analyzing financial data, findings and recommendations to management, tax authorities, and auditors. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, and operations, to necessary data and ensure alignment on policies and practices.
