Senior Field Sales Representative
The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's Digital, Sick Leave (Indemnités Journalieres) and HR solutions and services. The role embraces sales to existing customers with an employee size greater than 1000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 2 to 3 months period and Customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 3/4 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the customer. Territories include around 50 to 60 customers.
KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
Create own business plan within overall territory. Identify opportunity solution gaps and define contact strategy Arrange customer appointments and undertake visits Identify and, where possible, influence customer needs. Work with pre sales / customer service when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool (Salesforce) and adhere to the current defined sales processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years' service (process and solution) sales experience. A preferred degree level qualification or equivalent Growth mind-set Team spirit A great attitude with a willingness to learn Competitive nature - a need to be the best! French / English speakingWHAT WE OFFER:
