Sr Facilities Engineer

(09/30/2025) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Lead facility design and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Conduct facility assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility maintenance strategies. **YOU MUST HAVE** + A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or related experience. + Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. + Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. + Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge in plant design and oversight of facility-related projects, including renovations, system upgrades, and new construction to ensure they meet operational, safety, and budgetary requirements **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
