Senior Experiential Marketing Events Specialist
The Senior Experiential Marketing Events Specialist is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Bell Brand Experience as it relates to trade shows, special events, conferences, protocol, and meeting planning, as well as other key engagements.
By assisting in the development process to track, oversee and optimize all customer and brand interactions, the Senior Brand Experience Events Specialist fosters customer loyalty through high-quality interactions, improving experiences and increasing customer satisfaction.
The role is operational in nature to ensure the Bell Brand Experience evolves to world class levels through the development and implementation of new processes, standards, and initiatives.
As a hands-on role, this position requires the skills of a mid-level project manager, along with the vision of an event and experience campaign strategist.
This position is onsite at our Fort Worth, TX headquarters.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Experiential Marketing Events Specialist:
· Execute global brand experiences on behalf of Bell’s Commercial Sales business, to include trade shows, conferences, MO events, specialty events, protocol meetings, and event tracking.
· Lead financial management efforts for brand experiences around the globe, including but not limited to forecasting, budget tracking, billing and invoice submissions.
· Partner with the marketing, sales, communications, and service departments (among others) to continually understand, define and then refine customer engagements and promotional opportunities, developing and delivering fully integrated, seamless brand experience programs globally to best position products and meet overall business objectives.
· Brainstorm new and exciting ways to delight customers, employees, and other stakeholders, thinking creatively to offer solutions that provide a superior brand experience and create customer loyalty through event marketing solutions.
· Proactively review standards for a superior brand experience for all customer visits, events, conferences, and tradeshows to exceed expectations across all brand experience channels.
· Analyze brand touch points and contact channels to gather, track and trend customer feedback to implement standards for engagement improvements.
· Evaluate and report performance against business goals and objectives, measuring and reporting accomplishment of the initiatives.
· Develop and maintain an annual trade show and events calendar, overseeing detailed project plans to manage all aspects of trade shows and events, ensuring key stakeholders are aware.
· Provide guidance on design and brand input for trade show booths and other engagements.
· Oversee the planning and organizing of attendees, catering, hotel space, room size, A/V, transportation, logistics and distribution of materials, etc.
· Oversee the planning and execution of on-site client visits and events, including developing ideas and working with internal stakeholders.
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of brand experience projects and initiatives, identifying needed resources and individual responsibilities.

What you need to be successful:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communications or other relevant fields.
· At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: event planning (to include trade shows and conferences), customer experience management and coordination of customer visits.
· Proficient in software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com.
· Ability to travel at least 30%, both domestic and international as required.
· Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) preferred.
