Short Description
The Senior Executive Assistant I will provide confidential, professional high-level administrative support to two or more C-Level Senior Vice Presidents for the purpose of efficient, effective, administrative operations of the Health System. This role interfaces with both internal and external contacts and performs work of a sensitive nature requiring a high level of independence, discretion and professionalism.

Education Requirements
High School/ GED required, associate's degree preferred

Must be able to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in all situations that arise.Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written communication skills as well as impeccable multi-tasking abilities and flexibility and adaptability to reprioritization of tasks.Experience supporting multiple executives and ability to adjust support style to meet the needs of more than one executive simultaneously.Strong organizational skills; must be detailed oriented with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
