Programs complex machined parts using Esprit for traditional CNC machines including HAAS, OKUMA, and DMG MORI in a fully remote, project-based role.

Job Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship required

Proven expertise using Esprit CAM software

Experience programming CNC machines such as HAAS, OKUMA, and DMG MORI

Ability to work independently and deliver results on project-based deadlines

Proficient in NC code generation and optimization

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with various metals and machining tolerances

Experience with multi-axis machining operations

Understanding of machine shop operations and tooling requirements

Ability to troubleshoot and improve machining processes

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize NC programs using Esprit for machined components

Support remote project-based manufacturing initiatives with flexible scheduling

Ensure programs meet engineering specifications and production requirements

Coordinate with manufacturing teams to resolve programming-related issues

Provide documentation and updates for project deliverables as needed
