Perform complex calculation according to stakeholders requestsReview calculations created by others to ensure good quality of the outcomeDevelop/improve/create calculation procedures and processes for components strength calculationsLead, teach and explain to others the procedures and processes for components strength calculationOwnership of the calculation backlog, review, prioritize and follow-up tasksStakeholders management, discuss and align expectations and deliverable for every taskAdvise and lead stakeholders on how to approach complex calculation topics to optimize time and results

In order to be successful in this role:

Master or above degree, major in engineering mechanical or equivalentMore than 3 years’ components or system strength calculation experience in machinery industrial, elevator/escalator industry experience is preferableExperience with Ansys workbench / Spaceclaim / Mathcad and Ansys scripting/ Altair hypermeshExcellent communication skills, needed to collaborate and explain to othersExcellent social skills, to adjust the technical language based on what the situation requiresStrong ability of analysis and problem solving, highly motivated with innovative and creative mindsetGood oral and written language skills both in Chinese and English
