**_As a Senior Electrical Test Engineer position supporting our Aftermarket Teams you will make impacts in the following ways;_**
+ Troubleshoot Circuit Card Assemblies at both a unit and circuit card assembly level, looking at failed circuits, isolating the fault down to a component level, and then dispositioning the repair procedures
+ Investigation of root cause of product performance and failures.
+ Perform detailed test planning and associated test implementation activities including final product review documentation.
+ Executing test plans and priorities on the test floor.
+ Support our manufacturing floor as needed to ensure that product continues to move through the process and play a vital part of instilling our company s value of maintaining a lean culture. While seeking out continuous improvement opportunities.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Electrical Engineering (EE), and 4 or more years related work experience
+ Experience in electronics component troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital)
+ Proficiency and experience with analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems
+ Experience using standard electrical lab and test equipment
+ Required to enter FAA mandated Anti-Drug Pool. Subject to random drug testing.
+ General understanding of electronics manufacturing process
+ Expereince interpreting technical specifications
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Electrical Engineering (EE), or equivalent technical degree program
+ Required to enter FAA mandated Anti-Drug Pool. Subject to random drug testing.
+ Knowledge of technical requirements
+ Electronics component troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital)
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $79370 - $134929
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
