Summary: Seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer with expertise in aerospace and defense industries, focusing on PCBA/CCA design, electrical power distribution, and quality systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Technical Discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC J-STD-001, MIL-PRF standards
Experience with Failure Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Actions
Familiarity with AS9100 Quality System and AS9102C First Article Requirements
Responsibilities:
Support problem-solving activities with suppliers to eliminate non-conformances
Evaluate impact of nonconforming products and assess corrective actions
Assist suppliers with process improvements for manufacturing concerns
Drive "Zero Defect" mentality within supply base
Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings within Integrated Product Team
Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
