Senior Electrical Engineer — Heavy Industry

📍 Lafayette, IN | On-Site | Full-Time | Strong Bonus + Relocation

Lead CapEx projects, troubleshoot plant systems, and drive reliability in a 1M+ sq ft 24/7 heavy industrial facility. Hands-on role working directly with union trades and plant leadership.

What You’ll Do

Own projects from scope to install

Design/test power systems (AutoCAD)

Troubleshoot motors, controls, and legacy systems

Mentor engineers/techs

What You Need

BSEE or EET (or experience in lieu of a degree)

3-5+ yrs heavy industrial/manufacturing

Strong troubleshooting skills

US Citizen/Green Card for Federal Compliance

Nice to Have

PLC/HMI & motor controls

ABB robotics/automation

Union environment experience
