This role will be responsible for leading troubleshooting and repair efforts for RF CCAs. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and repair RF CCAs down to the component level, identifying root causes of failures in both analog and digital domains. * Document failure modes found in troubleshooting for use in product improvement / re-spin efforts. * Develop troubleshooting methods for use by manufacturing engineering and quality to create work standards. * Perform RF testing, tuning, and alignment of assemblies using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other specialized test equipment. * Collaborate with design engineering to provide feedback on recurring issues, design improvements, and corrective actions. * Create failure analysis (FA) reports and documentation for internal teams and customers. * Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve first-pass yield. * Conduct detailed circuit analysis, signal integrity evaluation, and component characterization as needed.
