Document Operations delivers comprehensive document management services for all lines of business at Ameriprise Financial. Our team is responsible for the physical preparation, imaging, and indexing of documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs) and workflow standards.
Role Summary
The Senior Document Imaging Professional plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting business objectives. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to fluctuating mail volumes and priorities. Team members work on-site daily in a fast-paced environment and are expected to demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, scan, and index physical documents for digital workflows across multiple business units.
Ensure all imaging and indexing activities meet quality standards and SLA requirements.
Monitor and manage incoming mail volumes, adjusting priorities to maintain timely processing.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
Adhere to compliance and security protocols for handling sensitive client information.
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in imaging systems and document management tools (training provided).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $41,500-$57,100/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
