Sr Distributor Manager
Overview We are seeking a **Sr. Distribution Manager** to join the team. Territory currently includes but is not limited to: NYC, NY. This position is **fully remote** . **Pay Range:** **$144,211.00 - $180,134.00** **. Responsibilities **Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:** + Analysis of territory to build and optimize an effective distributor network and capitalize on growth opportunities ongoing. + Execute plans for assigned territory that are aligned with Primo Brands and Distributor business objectives/strategies. + Account Management skills which combine category, customer & consumer insights, leveraging our 4P tools and using effective selling/negotiation skills that deliver the expected business results. + Foster business relationships with assigned distributors: Non-Alcoholic Manager/Beverage Brand Manager and their supervisor. + Collaborate effectively with customer service, finance, product supply, logistics and DSD Execution Manager, to successfully manage the business of assigned distributors. + Effective communication in an effort to ensure execution and sell-thru at assigned distributors. + Responsible and accountable to achieve agreed upon KPI's Qualifications **Key qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:** + 4+ years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development and/or Category Development with a CPG, distributor or retail operation + Consistently delivers on KPIs / demonstrated success in previous roles + Strong execution skills and situational analysis skills (SWOT analysis) + Problem solver, self-starter and good communication skills + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook + Strong organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills + Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external partners + Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Salary Range Disclaimer: The salary range provided for this position is an approximation based on market research, internal compensation data and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
