Sr Director Implementation

ADP is Hiring a Sr Director Implementation

 

To lead and manage Implementation activities for the Italian Implementation organization. Responsibility for ensuring client relationship/expectation management and the Project team's ability to deliver client requirements within project deadlines and budget.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure ongoing project compliance to methodology and standards through quality assurance and post implementation reviews. Facilitate project issue resolution by providing guidance, direction or escalation as appropriate and proactively identify and mitigate high level risks across all projects. Attending project Steering Committee meetings as ADP executive representative as appropriate Providing support to the sales organization in pursuit of opportunities in relation to implementation strategies and other product related matters and actively participate in significant new business opportunities. Actively monitoring and guiding all activities of Direct & Indirect reports . Monitor overall project financial performance to proactively minimize and mitigate cost overruns Responsible for the direction and supervision of staff with regards to training/coaching, motivation and development Managing project quality assurance review reports and post implementation evaluation processes while ensuring coordination and completion of agreed upon action items. Effective management of resources to ensure quality, consistency, cost effectiveness and excellence of implementation. Ensure customer satisfaction measured through NPS Ensure all processes are delivered using a consistent ‘best practice’ approach. Maintain awareness and support of ADP policies and procedures Understand client business needs, participate in solution development and effectively communicate solutions

KEY DUTIES/TASKS:

Day to day management of team through development of direct reports including appraisals, performance management, development and training. Building professional relationships with staff and clients; position and represent ADP internally and externally. Execute the company strategy and ensuring consistency in implementation Understand the customer business needs and add value to the business relationship by acting in a consultative manner. Support actively sales as well as being a visible presence in the business community to ensure ADP interests are maximized Lead and participate in workshops to drive continuous improvement within the department Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve the client experience Ensure correct resourcing through detailed forecasting, capacity planning and resource management

 EDUCATION , SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree level Very good English written and spoken capability Extensive people management & client facing experience Strong leadership and performance management experience. Strong coaching skills and ability to create an effective and collaborative working environment Strong process management/improvement experience. A good understanding of payroll and/or software solutions is desirable     Change & Transformational experience C-Suite level Client Relationship Management Executive level communication & presentation skills Ability to influence and navigate a matrix organization. At least 5 years’ experience in a senior delivery management role leading a team of managers
