Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic initiatives of the strategy team in the development of the overall enterprise strategy, business plan, and the continuous improvement process. This position works with leaders cross-functionally to develop and deliver multi-year plans as well as contributes input used in the development and prioritization of the corporate strategy for the Lowe's organization. This position may serve in a people management role, but continuously develops all team members when working on projects and initiatives within the Business & Strategy function.
What You Will Do
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field and 8-10 Years Experience leading cross-functional enterprise program or project management teams; experience facilitating teams to strategic decisions; experience in people managementMaster's Degree Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field and 8-10 Years Experience in strategic or management consulting as well as leading high-performing strategy consulting teams within $1B+ enterprises with multiple business units and profit models; experience in people managementMaster's Degree Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field and 8-10 Years Experience working in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, Omni-channel retail preferred; experience in people management
