Located in Austin TX and reporting to our VP of Enterprise AI Strategy, we are eagerly looking to hire a Senior Director, AI Change Leadership.
The AI Change Management Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI by strengthening organizational readiness, workforce enablement, and leadership engagement. This role ensures that AI initiatives are clearly understood, embraced, and successfully integrated across the enterprise. A critical part of this role is AI evangelism, helping business and functional leaders understand how AI can drive value, reshape operations, and unlock new opportunities. While this is not a technical delivery role, the leader must bring a strong passion for transforming business through technology and a broad understanding of modern Data and AI capabilities.
This role also serves as Chair of the Executive AI Council and the AI Change Champions Network, providing governance, alignment, and enterprise-wide engagement. Additionally, the AI Change Management Lead will serve as Chief of Staff to the VP Enterprise AI Strategy, supporting AI portfolio management, accountability, and operating rhythm.
What a typical day looks like:
Partner with business and functional leaders on AI adoption, readiness, and organizational impactLead enterprise AI evangelism efforts to drive awareness, education, and value realizationDevelop and execute AI change management programs, including workforce readiness and cultural adoptionCreate and lead persona-based communication and upskilling strategiesSupport AI value realization, including ROI framing, benefit tracking, and storytellingBuild executive-ready materials, dashboards, and leadership narratives for governance forumsChair the Executive AI Council and facilitate the AI Change Champions NetworkServe as Chief of Staff to the VP, Enterprise AI Strategy, supporting portfolio management, alignment, and cadenceThe experience we are looking to add to our team:
10+ years in enterprise transformation, change management, or technology-enabled business programsExperience working with senior leaders and executive teamsStrong understanding of organizational change and workforce enablementExperience working with cross-functional teams (IT, data, HR, finance, strategy)Broad understanding of Data & AI technologiesAbility to influence senior executives and guide enterprise-level transformationStrong executive presence and ability to simplify complex conceptsCapable of steering leaders through ambiguity and driving alignmentHere are some of our preferred experiences:
