In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Take charge of engineering and developing new products and improvements within the Mag & Vortex collection, providing outstanding solutions that align with customer requirements and deadlines. Champion a people-centric, high-performance culture—one where psychological safety, clear expectations, and shared accountability enable urgency, innovation, and results. Lead, mentor, and inspire a multinational, high-performing technology team. Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that aligns technical talent to strategic business priorities. Total direct team of ~65 engineers, with extended team in other world areas of ~30 engineers. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a continuous pipeline delivering new and emerging technologies, ready for implementation into products. Take part in the planning process for Technology, including establishing the overall direction for the Mag & Vortex business as a senior manager. Set clear goals and instill a strong sense of ownership and vitality throughout the team to ensure timely execution, barrier removal, and progress toward strategic priorities.  Lead and champion NPD Excellence across M&V to drive continuous improvement across the M&V organization to help deliver high quality outstanding products to market on time. Navigate organizational complexity with sound judgment and decisive leadership—balancing short-term execution with long-term vision. Encourage transparent dialogue and facilitate teamwork among various sectors including marketing, operations, and supply chain to maintain alignment and achieve shared success. Influence global engineering strategies through leadership in Flow platforming and MSOL technology initiatives, driving consistency and scalability across sites and teams Who You Are:

You possess strong leadership, organization development, and people development skills. You demonstrate a talent for collaborating and coordinating among various business functions, including marketing, operations, supply chain, and others. You show a strong dedication to continuous improvement and are driven to find creative solutions to organizational and resource challenges. Proficiency in financial matters, planning, and presentation skills is a key requirement. You possess the skill to develop positive relationships and effectively convey messages to important parties while engaging with different management levels. You demonstrated awareness of customer and technology trends. You champion a welcoming atmosphere that appreciates a range of perspectives and experiences.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, or a STEM major.  10+ years’ of experience in engineering, operations, marketing or other technical roles  3+ years’ of experience leading large teams, delivering large, complex deliverables Up to 20% of travel may be required Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Preferably in the process control industry.  15+ years strongly preferred. Preferred experience in leading hardware and software development teams Preferred experience with waterfall and agile development practices MBA or another advanced degree desired. Our Culture & Commitment to You:

​Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $230,000 annually and eligible for bonus and equity, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
