The Senior Developer IT Digital will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution for Academy Sports + Outdoors. As a key member of the IT team, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for the company’s e-commerce, supply chain, and omnichannel retail operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative systems and ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Job Description:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field of study preferred

Work Experiences:

7+ years of proven experience building sophisticated applications and APIs in cloud and hybrid cloud environments at large scale preferably in Java and React JS.7+ years of strong background of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.5+ years of experience in various technology platforms and frameworks, both front-end and back-end that include React or Angular, JAVA, /J2EE, Webservices (REST), Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture & Micro Frontends.Experience with a 500+ million revenue e-commerce retailer preferred

Skills:
