About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and business‑focused Senior Decision Scientist – Product & Pricing to lead advanced analytical work that shapes pricing strategy, product packaging, and customer value understanding. In this role, you will build and apply statistical and machine learning models to optimize pricing zones, estimate willingness‑to‑pay, analyze customer behavior and demographics, and evaluate how packaging and feature design influence adoption and profitability. You will work closely with various stakeholders to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful business impact. This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining analytical rigor with strategic problem‑solving in a high‑impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 2–4 years of experience;or Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in data science, pricing analytics, or related domains.Demonstrated experience delivering data science projects such as:Statistical analysis and hypothesis testingRegression modeling and forecastingA/B testing and experimentation measurementMachine learning models (supervised/unsupervised)Proficiency in Python/R, and SQL.Strong understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and ML fundamentals.Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure analytical approaches, and deliver impactful insights.Strong business acumen and ability to influence decisions through data.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience.
