Sr Data Analyst- Customer Profitability

Description

Citizens’ Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help build the next generation of customer profitability metrics and insights.

In this role, you will:

Analyze customer profitability behavior and build profitability metrics to support customer marketing, product, and strategy decisionsServe as the lead analyst for the design of profitability metrics and other analytic data products, from scoping requirements to design, development, deployment, and integration into larger business processesDevelop relationships with other analysts as well as partners in Finance, Pricing & Profitability, Product, Data, and Technology Services, to collaboratively ensure delivery of high-quality metrics and utilization in key business decision processesInvest in developing deep knowledge of business decision frameworks, operational processes, and data to successfully design & develop practicable solutions with tangible business value

A successful incumbent will have: 

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field, and 5+ years of experience delivering analytic insights, MBA or Master’s degree preferredProven experience turning ambiguous business problems and raw data into rigorous analytic solutions by applying critical thinking and quantitative methodsProficient in SQL with 3+ years of applied experience, Python experience is preferredExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively guide project teamsA strong sense of intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive and deliver value in an entrepreneurial working environmentProficient in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of retail banking business domain; Deposits business experience preferredExperience performing segmentation analysisExperience analyzing customer profitability 

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday - FridayHybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day remote from a Citizens corporate headquarters
