Sr Customer Success Rep Sales Excellence Specialist is responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support to sales team to enhance sales productivity. Job Responsibilities: •Developing and maintaining regular sales reports •Supporting sales team in APO forecast loading and forecast accuracy improvement •Managing Tier3 customers sales activities •Ownership of customer’s quality documents fulfillment •Identifying and making recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies •APAC electronics materials Channel program execution and deal registration Required Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree and above, major not limited. •3-10 years of sales support, inside sales or related experience with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards. •Be familiar with inside sales process and sales Tableau/PowerBI/Salesforce. Has developer experience is preferred. •Channel management experience is preferred. •Good logical thinking ability. •Good verbal and written English skill. •Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes •A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure •Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
