Sr Customer Service Specialist
_As a_ **_Sr Customer Experience Specialist_** _here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction focused in order entry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and enhance the overall customer experience._ _You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule._ _In this role, you will impact the organization by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving business growth, and contributing to our reputation as a customer-centric organization._ **_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_** + _Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients as well as external ones when necessary_ + _Work as part of the team, involved in processes from one end to the other, and contribute to the team's results._ **_YOU MUST HAVE_** + _2+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field._ + _Strong organizational skills._ + _Experience working in a customer-facing role._ + _Good knowledge of Salesforce applications._ + _Good knowledge of ORACLE ERP application._ **_WE VALUE_** + _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field._ + _Significant experience applying best practices in Customer & Product Support._ + _Excellent organization skills._ + _Knowledge in excel (Pivot tables)_ **_ABOUT HONEYWELL_** _Honeywell International Inc.
