Summary: Seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative with expertise in processing parts orders, work orders, and invoicing in a repair/service department.
Requirements:
5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a repair/service department
Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Word and Excel
Experience with MRP systems is beneficial
Preferred Skills:
Experience with robotics and automation
Responsibilities:
Process parts orders via various channels including e-mail, fax, phone, EDI, and company website
Generate Return Authorization numbers and process new customer accounts
Serve as liaison between customers and departments; keep sales informed of order status
Review work requests; dispatch service calls when necessary
Enter information into systems for service dispatch and invoicing
Track departmental metrics; report findings to Director of Service
Process invoices for third-party services and warranties; categorize invoices appropriately
Pay: 27-30

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
