Sr Customer Experience Training Supervisor (BMS & Security) Europe
As a Sr CX Training Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will shape customer experience training strategies, develop comprehensive programs, and enhance employee capabilities to drive organizational success. In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness of our customer training programs, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service and we meet customer demand in terms of technical training. Your contributions will help elevate the customer experience and drive organizational success. Revenues in 2022 for BA were $6B and there are approximately 18,000 employees globally. _Role is flexible in locations across Europe (Ratingen / Boeblingen/ Leicester/ Horsham / Warsaw / Bucharest)_ **Key responsibilities:** + Develop and implement training programs that align with customer training delivery objectives across Europe for Building Automation businesses. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in Europe to identify training needs and gaps at Europe level. + Capture the demand for training from our partners in Europe. + Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to ensure successful execution of training initiatives. + Build and maintain a training delivery strategy at Europe level. + Seek for collaboration with external partners to develop training delivery strategies on Honeywell behalf. + Work closely with Tech Support, to capture knowledge gaps and build a common strategy to help customers gain more knowledge about Honeywell portfolio. + Keep up to date with the latest Honeywell Building Automation technologies, regulatory updates, legislation and best practices. + Ensure adherence to the internal processes, policies, procedures, and tools of the internal trainers and the other resources who deliver training on your organization behalf. + Build a strong MOS with the critical stakeholders and regularly update them on the status and support needed. + Get involved in the Entry Into Service GDM and support product launches. **Key qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience as a people leader. + 5+ years of experience in customer experience training or a related field. + Experience in a technical environment. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Proficiency in instructional design and learning principles. + Experience with Honeywell Building Automation products is a plus. + We value Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation or a related field. + Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a global organization. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + High customer facing and customer focus exposure. **We Offer (depends on location)** + 3 + 2 hybrid work arrangement to support your work-life balance + Competitive Salary regularly increased based on your performance + Insurance (Accident Insurance) + Referrals bonuses for all open jobs and recognition programs + Comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development to set you up for success + In-house and external learning platforms supporting development opportunities + Work experience opportunities to help you grow your career with us + Global employee networks to help you connect and grow + Employee Assistance Program - Free and confidential service to help with any difficulties regarding work, life and personal or family matters + Access Integrity line - Any workplace issues or violations that need to be raised in good faith, can be communicated in a safe, private and confidential environment + Frequent Employee Engagement activities supporting inclusive and diverse work environment Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
