As a **Sr Customer Experience Specialist** at Honeywell Building Automation, in Katowice, Poland, you will be responsible for Order to Cash process, ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days from the office + 2 days from home model.
