The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. You will lead the project management of multi-channel creative efforts from concept to delivery — designing how work gets done through strategic planning, clear communication, and operational rigor. Acting as the connective tissue across disciplines, you’ll establish plans, set expectations, and keep teams aligned and moving forward. You'll leverage tools, tech, and critical thinking to anticipate risks, streamline workflows, and support creative excellence at scale. Along the way, you'll be empowered with robust onboarding and development opportunities to grow as a visible, strategic, and solution-oriented leader. You'll also play a key role in shaping new working models that support a leaner, more agile project management team, while driving efficiency and scalable processes to meet the evolving needs of our business. **As a** **Sr.** **Creative Project Manager, you will deliver:** **Strategic Project Planning** + Serve as a strategic partner to creative and business teams, guiding work from concept through delivery. + Bring clarity to complexity — defining project approach, timelines, milestones, and resourcing needs. + Shepherd projects with a balance of precision and flexibility, enabling creative excellence at scale. **Operational Excellence** + Architect and execute smart workflows that connect the dots across channels and stakeholders. + Facilitate integrated planning and communication across creative, marketing, and external teams to align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. + Enable modern delivery by leveraging digital tools and scalable frameworks to increase speed and impact. + Continuously evolve ways of working by identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and modernize processes in service of team efficiency and creative excellence. **Creative Enablement & Problem Solving** + Translate creative ambition into actionable, repeatable processes. + Resolve ambiguity by proactively identifying risks, managing blockers, and ensuring clarity of roles. + Advocate for the creative team by enabling space for ideation while reinforcing operational discipline. **Team Collaboration & Leadership** + Build trusted relationships through strong communication and a service mindset. + Contribute to a team culture grounded in curiosity, leadership, role clarity, and shared accountability. + Be a visible champion of operational strategy and the “one team” model across Target Creative and global partners. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs _._ **About you:** + Four-year college degree or equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience in creative project management across disciplines such as digital, social, video, experiential, or brand design + Strategic and proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage complexity and navigate ambiguity + Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships across creative, operational, and marketing teams + Clear communicator with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams + Embraces technology and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, AI-assisted platforms) to drive efficiency, connectivity, and scalable delivery + Passionate about enabling great creative work through operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment that requires adaptability and resilience This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
