Your ‘day to day’
The job coordinates and supports the financial data processing in the actual and budget cycles to provide the relevant financial information to management about the performance of the entities in PMI in particular the Asia Regions. This person provides system and business processes support including GMRB and data management. 


- Support accurate, timely execution of consolidation process during Actual and Budget cycle (RF/OB) across PMI.
- Review and validate intercompany transactions, profit‑elimination & allocation (SI-SO), expense allocation and segment reporting governance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to PMI accounting policies.
- Collaborate effectively with Global Controlling, Ops Finance, GL R2R and Financial Systems Governance.
- Maintain a strong internal‑control environment by complying with SOX requirements, preparing supporting documentation, and support during walkthroughs and reviews.

 

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldLocation Surabaya2-4 years working experience in finance area (multinational or shared service environment is a plus)Strong analytical skills and experienced in gathering and analyzing data.Fast learner, proactive in identifying gaps in finance processes and recommending continuous‑improvement solutions.Experience with GMRB, including data extraction and analytics is an advantageGood interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
