Serve as a role model and mentor to junior members of the internal hiring team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the coordination of training and development for junior team members.Understand and communicate to hiring managers Affirmative Action goals.Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand hiring objectives and determine hiring needs. Facilitate the requisition request process.Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, career fairs, internet postings and direct contact.Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation.Submit candidates directly to hiring managers, provide information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations. Coordinate interview and follow up activities.Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations; partner with hiring managers, senior leaders and compensation team members as needed.Ensure proper requisition and offer approvals are obtained, and all activity is tracked in the applicant tracking system accurately and in a timely manner.Connect with candidates and partner with hiring managers on a regular basis to ensure expectations are met.Continuously work on improving the candidate and hiring manager experience and stay abreast of current recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies to meet hiring goals.Serve as a primary resource to hiring managers for recruitment strategy advice, consultation and education on recruitment best practices.Adhere to all fair employment laws and practices.
