As a **Senior Contracts Representative** , you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for major projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
You will report directly to our Senior Contracts Manager. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review.
+ Monitor compliance and reporting obligations, proactively identifying risks, trends and opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
+ Oversee coordination, governance, reporting and monitoring
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of integrated services.
+ Support dispute resolution and contract variations efficiently.
+ Maintain contract documentation and manage contract reporting.
+ Delivering and managing contract and subcontract administration
+ Drive continuous improvement in financial, operational and safety performance
+ Maintaining accurate information within the Contract Management system
+ Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders, translating technical & complex information clearly & concisely
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or related field.
+ 6+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
+ Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
+ Excellent negotiation skills.
+ Experience in managing contracts for major projects.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Commitment to Health & Safety culture.
+ Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions.
