As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead the administration and management of the company’s most critical and high-value contracts. This role requires advanced expertise in contract negotiation, change management, compliance, and risk management. You will provide strategic guidance to senior management and ensure that all contracts are managed to the highest standards. The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers, operate as the Company’s primary contact with multiple customers, and provide effective leadership to a staff of contracts professionals.Responsibilities:
Lead the negotiation and administration of high-value and complex contracts.Develop and implement strategic plans for contract management and compliance.Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and legal requirements.Advise senior management on contractual rights, obligations, and potential risks.Oversee contract modifications, renewals, and terminations.Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract execution and compliance.Conduct comprehensive audits and compliance reviews, providing necessary documentation.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level contracts managers.Qualifications You Must Have:
10+ years of experience of related contracts experience or equivalent experience in DoD contracting with at least 4-6+ years in a leadership role.Bachelor's degree in a related field of studyA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExperience with different USG Contract Types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M)Experience leading large, complex, USG and DCS contract negotiationsSignificant experience with USG procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and close-outExperience within the Aerospace and Defense industryExperience with USG, International and Commercial ContractsExperience with USG Intellectual Property terms and licensesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customersAbility to present to senior leadership and customersAn active Secret U.S. Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) is requiredQualifications We Prefer:

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
