**Job summary** We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine Solution Lead to spearhead the development customization and integration efforts for our CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the SyteLine environment strong technical development skills and the leadership ability to guide a team of developers and analysts to deliver scalable ERP solutions that support business operations. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities * Lead end to end technical development on the Infor SyteLine CSI ERP system including forms IDOs application events and integrations * Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs * Customize standard SyteLine functionality to meet business specific needs using Mongoose framework VB NET SQL and SyteLine tools * Oversee development best practices code quality version control and deployment processes * Integrate SyteLine with external systems such as CRM EDI WMS MES PLM using ION web services or custom APIs * Perform performance tuning troubleshooting and debugging of existing customizations and standard functionalities * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and manage workload distribution and project timelines * Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and change control procedures * Participate in system upgrades patch assessments and testing activities Required Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field * 12+ years of experience in ERP development with at least five years in Infor SyteLine or CloudSuite Industrial CSI * Proficiency in Mongoose Framework VB NET SQL Server stored procedures IDOs and Application Events * Experience with Infor ION Mingle Document Management and integration techniques such as REST or SOAP APIs and EDI * Strong understanding of SyteLine modules such as Manufacturing Supply Chain Financials Planning and Customer Order Management * Proven experience in leading development projects and coordinating cross functional teams * Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies * Excellent communication and problem solving skills **Certifications Required** * Infor SyteLine Certification * Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial SaaS implementation * Exposure to AWS Azure Power BI or other cloud data tools is a plus Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
