Sr Compensation Specialist

Work and Rewards is the area of WTW that helps diverse clients with strategies and solutions for designing and implementing Compensation programs in their businesses. We collect the most extensive market information, apply standard methodologies, and have the consulting to provide our clients with an external perspective that facilitates decision-making.

The Role: 

Expert in industry survey offerings. Understands the specific reward landscape of the industry to open broader conversations and make referrals to Work & Rewards services. May be responsible for the growth of industry survey participation and other products. Leads launch and results meetings with client/industry groups. Presents job matching training sessions and trains clients on data access and usage through software tools. Supports larger consulting projects with RDI colleagues and W&R consultants with data, analysis, data interpretation, and report and presentation construction. Leads smaller consulting projects independently. Gathers job content documentation and required compensation data, and performs consistency and quality checks. Manages own time effectively, organizing work to meet agreed-upon deadlines and within budget guidelines. Accepts responsibility for assigned contributions to collective efforts and adapts to new situations with a positive attitude.

 

The requirements:

3 years of experience, ideally in compensation, consultant, client service. Demonstrate client service focus and flexibility in supporting internal client requestsStrong communication skills. Ability to communicate written and spoken with internal colleagues or external clients in Spanish and English fluently.Demonstrate analytical skills and problem-solving.  Complete multiple projects at one time, with very tight deadlines.Attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. . Familiarity with PowerPoint.To be “learning oriented”Familiarity with compensation functions and job benchmarking is a plus
