The purpose of this role is to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs for employees, to assure that they are competitive with market in the Country/Region as assigned. Assure that the compensation and benefits programs are compliant with C&B philosophy, Corporate policies and local laws.
What You’ll Do:
Implement Compensation and Benefits philosophy in the assigned region affiliates.
Design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, to assure that they are competitive in accordance to market in the Country/Region, as assigned.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Develop, recommend, interpret, and implement human resources policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
Prepare and comply with the C&B budget.
Support three Large Business Units (AVD, EP/HF and SH) in the CR Manufacturing location.
Serve as a liaison between the affiliate, Area Compensation, Corporate Compensation and Benefits, Divisional HR Management, Consultants, and Benefit Carriers in terms of Compensation and Benefits programs and strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
Minimum 8 years in Human Resources including at least 5 years in C&B.
Minimum 5 years in managerial position.
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / Required
