Your day to day
As a Sr CoE Quality Engineer, you will lead quality improvement projects, implement new methodologies, and act as the go-to expert for quality topics. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to improve processes, ensure compliance, and support strategic quality initiatives across PMI.
More specifically, you'll
Apply advanced technical expertise to develop and implement sophisticated quality processes.Develop business cases and lead pilot projects, ensuring quality criteria are met.Manage multi-functional teams to deliver quality-focused project outcomes.Act as a quality advisor in strategic reviews and provide expert input.Be responsible for project scope, budget, and KPIs from initiation to closure.Analyze and manage large volumes of quality data and documentation.Support governance activities and contribute to planning and prioritization.Identify and follow up on new quality initiatives and pipeline capabilities.
Who we’re looking for
Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent scientific field.6–10 years in quality roles within tobacco, food, pharma, or similar industries.Strong knowledge of ISO, ICH, GMP standards.Skilled in quality tools, root-cause analysis, and statistical methodologies.Proficient in IT systems and project management.Solid understanding of product quality and regulatory requirements.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
