We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Executive to lead civil engineering initiatives for high-rise building projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive civil engineering expertise who can oversee complex structural systems, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful delivery of vertical construction projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management Drive the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering components for high-rise developments, including foundation systems, structural frameworks, and site infrastructure. Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery while maintaining adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Expertise & Design Oversight Review and approve structural calculations, foundation designs, and civil engineering drawings for high-rise projects. Evaluate soil conditions, seismic considerations, and wind load requirements to optimize structural solutions. Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and safety regulations throughout the design and construction phases.

Stakeholder Management Interface with clients, regulatory authorities, consulting engineers, and contractors to facilitate project approvals and resolve technical challenges. Present engineering solutions and project updates to senior management and external stakeholders. Lead technical discussions during design reviews and construction meetings.

Team Leadership & Development Mentor junior engineers and technical staff while building high-performing project teams. Foster collaboration across disciplines and promote knowledge sharing within the engineering department. Support professional development initiatives and maintain technical competency standards.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management Implement quality control procedures for all civil engineering deliverables. Identify potential risks in design and construction phases and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct site inspections and technical audits to ensure construction quality meets design specifications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification required. Minimum 6-8years of civil engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on high-rise or complex vertical construction projects.
