Sr. Category, Business Analyst                                    

We are seeking a results-oriented and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you will be a critical link between business objectives and technical solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive operational efficiency and solve complex business problems. What you will do?

Extract and transform data from various unstructured sources using tools like Power Query, Python, and Dataflows.Design and maintain custom Tableau dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate and Smartsheet to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.Create and maintain custom applications with Power Apps to support daily business operations and strategic decision-making.Understand and define business requirements, translating them into analytical solutions.Compile and distribute monthly supplier reports.Clearly communicate recommendations through well-crafted presentations, reports, and dashboards.Support ad-hoc reporting and various business initiatives for category management.Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and analytical solutions.

What you will bring:

Data and Analytics: Passion for data and a strong analytical and critical thinking skillset. Proficiency with tools; Power Apps and Python, and hands-on experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards and custom reports.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Must be able to embrace change easily.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with application life-cycle management and best practices is preferred. Experience with AS400 is a strong asset.
