Skills and Requirements Expert in C++11, C++14, C++17, C++20, modern C++ and shared pointers, C++ STL (Standard Template Library), multithreading/multicoreprocessing and high-performance computing. Experience with makefile Expert in all stages of SDLC, be able to write clean production grade code that’s well documented, easy to read, maintain, and extend. Minimum 5 years’ experience of C++ development in Linux, and up to date knowledge of C++ (g++) specification and standard. Experience using and working with common design patterns Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeline and tools such as maven, Jenkins, git, Nexus Experience with distributed application, server-client architecture, micro service architecture Experience with Linux environment and shell scripting Extensive knowledge of ORACLE, Databases and Queues, PL/SQL stored procedure scripting Server side development (non GUI) XML, JSON and Enterprise Messaging Services (Service Bus Implementations) Python experience Linux Experience Automated unit testing and/or integration testing experience FIS (SunGard) Apex Experience Familiar with std, boost, gdb (or RogueWave). replacing Rogue Wave, getting new vendor software, removing support for this 3rd party, need to rewrite roguewave GitHub copilot for day to day work automations Knowledge about agile methodology is a plus
