Skills and Requirements • ~10+ years of experience in C#, .NET MVC, SQL database design and optimization skills  • Some exposure to React, Python, Excel, VBA, and Tableau  • Experience working in the capital markets/banking industry  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a variety of disciplines – traders, technology, peers Take ownership of problems and deliver solutions with minimal oversight • Knowledge of Java is a plus  • Business knowledge of fixed income products and MBS  • Ability to talk to traders and take requirements  • Committed to code quality and continuous improvement Strong judgment on technical trade-offs
