Sr Business Systems Analyst-ServiceNow
We are seeking a ServiceNow User Experience lead to ensure that, for our ServiceNow-based solutions, they are designed with user-centered principles. This role will champion UX best practices from ideation through deployment, working cross-functionally with product engineering and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging ServiceNow-based experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the integration of UX design across the ServiceNow development lifecycle, from ideation through deployment.Conduct & synthesize user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements and ensure alignment with user needs and business goalsDevelop & maintain design systems, component libraries and documentation to support scalable, consistent user experiences.Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design standards in all solutionsFacilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews with stakeholdersIterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing resultsMentor and support ServiceNow team members, fostering a culture of user advocacy and design excellence.Present UX strategies, concepts, and deliverables to stakeholders, executives, and development teams.Partner with Corporate Communications to align on corporate UX design standards.Adhere to Agile Methodology and ServiceNow Best Practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, similar field, or equivalent work experience.5-7 years of relevant experience required.5+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation.3+ years of experience with ServiceNow.Expert level analysis skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.Expert level understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities.Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and tool-sets, requirements management methodologies and tool-sets, requirements visualization methods and tool-sets, and artifact versioning tools.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $91,600 – $123,000 a year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
