**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time
The Senior Business Support Specialist, Optimization and Enablement will:
+ Plan, lead, and execute projects, enhancements, and processes of various sizes and complexity including the launch of new products or product partners, enhancements to existing tools and systems, and high-visibility firm priorities.
+ Plan and lead requirements identification and verification for new products and tools.
+ Act as technical consultant with business and I.S. leaders from multiple divisions and with varying levels of influence. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
+ Lead the testing of complex enhancements and system upgrades with responsibility for the identification, tracking of issues, and implementation of solutions.
+ Propose, design and implement in-house solutions, as required, including reporting, tools, databases and automation.
+ Develop, maintain, and explore relationships with 3rd party vendors to offer tools and solutions that make it easier, faster, and better for branch teams to meet client needs.
+ Adopt processes for risk controls (e.g. Privacy, Business Continuity Planning, Record Information Management, Written Supervisory Procedures) and coordinate with departments to complete the applicable requirements.
+ Collaborate with Firm Analytics to leverage data for insights and reporting needed to inform business decisions and communicate results.
+ Determine appropriate workflows as a result of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
+ Is a subject matter expert in assigned product area(s) of emphasis.
+ May be asked to lead and participate in Jones internal committees and may be required to lead and participate in industry steering groups.
+ May be required to manage relationships with certain vendors.
+ Provides feedback, coaching, training, and guidance to help develop other associates; takes a leadership role in the development of new associates/interns; and may lead other associates.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate.
**Hiring Minimum:** $86000
**Hiring Maximum:** $146400

**Skills/Requirements**
**Qualifications Required in the Job:**
+ University/College Bachelor's degree or PMP designation required (Jones or external).
+ 7+ years of experience working with tools/systems, and/or or combination of experience and education.
+ 3 to 5 years of project management or similar experience preferred in product or financial services industry
+ Business system analysis and/or Information Systems (IS) experience needed.
+ Advanced knowledge of applications and technical tools highly preferred - e.g. ability to build PowerBI, macros, databases, etc.
+ Canadian industry courses such as CSC, CPH, LLQP, WME are beneficial.
+ Must know, understand or have performed multiple operations / service functions.
+ Must have in-depth knowledge of industry processes, systems, procedures and risks.
+ Should have a thorough understanding of how data is transmitted and processed in one or several systems - Broadridge, FundSERV, CDS, DTC, Insurance CITS feeds and have a basic understanding of XML language.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven presentation skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leaders, multiple areas, divisions and outside vendors. Incorporates effective listening and collaboration skills.
