WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Overall 3+ (Sr 5+) years of experience of which min 1 (Sr 3+) years in Digital for Engineering / Manufacturing domain in an OPS / IT Project Management department within multinational mid-large size companyMaster’s degree, Engineering or Computer or Data Science / Information Technology or equivalent experienceEnglish fluencyCertified in Project management, or equivalent working experienceAgile certification (Solid knowledge and proven experience of agile methodology to deliver digital product through agile delivery approach)Understanding Operations Systems landscape and functionalitiesExcellent problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex problems and its implications to the businessStrong Project and Product Management capabilitiesAbility to deliver projects against a set of clear KPIs and defines effort (resources, time, cost) required to deliverStrong Change Management skills to create and articulate a compelling need for the change, generating confidence for the team and impacted population in times of ambiguity
