Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of more complex or technical activities to support multiple key business programs designed to support advisors. Document and maintain business project plans, and goals, roles and processes to clarify scope, schedule, and budget. Identify key dependencies, resources, timeframes and milestones for key deliverables. Assists Manager(s) in assessing business needs to propose enhancements to leaders to gain support.Manage the end-to-end status reporting and project plan for programs assigned, identify risks and work with program manager(s) to create and execute plans and any mitigation plans. Provide input on priority trade-offs within and between programs and works across the program management team with other coordinators and managers for end-to-end scope impacts. Track progress against program goals on agreed upon timeline and work with the Reporting Center of Excellence team to create and enhance program reporting as needed.Monitor program progress. Continually improve project skills via learnings and best practices from prior program results, training, peers, etc. Facilitate distribution and/or archival of program documentation activities.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $69,900 - $94,400 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
