Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) powers the physical engine at the heart of Amazon. AFT builds and operates software, hardware, and the processes that run the global network of fulfillment centers that move billions of units of inventory, employ tens of thousands of people, and ensure that customers get what they want when promised. We do this by building automated solutions to handle things that technology does well, while relying on people to handle things that humans do well.
Amazon Bulk Services (ABS) is a new program established with the vision of providing Amazon customers with the most compelling bulk selection across varying packaging levels (multi-pack/inner-pack, case-pack, and pallet) at competitive prices, in the most cost-effective and selling-partner-friendly way, free of defects. The ABS 2025 goals aim to establish technological and operational readiness for handling multi-packs. The objective is to fulfill multiple pack sizes of the same product from the same building with no increase in defects.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr Business Intelligence Engineer of the Amazon Bulk Services program, you will be challenged with building and driving analytics to deliver Amazon customers with the most compelling bulk selections. You will be responsible for identify gaps in delivering this vision across the e2e supply chain using a data-driven approach. You will need to bring value insights into ambiguous business problems, and lead data-driven decision making within the org as well as with stakeholders. You will be empowered to think big, invent on behalf of our customers, make judgment calls and find solutions to hard problems. The world is changing fast and this is a dynamic role where you will be able to learn as much as you contribute.

AFT’s Inventory team delivers complex, innovative, scalable solutions to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all physical goods across the Amazon fulfillment network, ensuring both inventory record accuracy and safe inventory handling for billions of items.
