This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. **What you’ll do** + Generate and review reports using aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in crafting a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation. + Serve as SME for Vantage, Manage existing Vantage products and develop new dashboards as needed. Review data with client as needed. + Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to called out requests from management and vendors. + Understand and work with advanced scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions. + See opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company. + Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations. + Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. + Act as domain expert for key systems and processes and day-to-day functions. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish work you're doing and solve routine problems. + Investigate new technologies and advanced analytics. + Manage implementation and rollout of new technology and technology projects. + Coordinate deployment of Service Insight/IFM Hub for new sites. + Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The compensation range is about $100,000 to about $115,000 annual base salary with some potential wiggle room based on experience.
