As a Senior Business Development Manager , you will own strategic, technology-enabled initiatives that expand and evolve Amazon Now’s fulfillment and delivery capabilities. Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end business development and execution of large, cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives

Partner with product, engineering, operations, and finance teams to design, launch, and scale new operating capabilities

Develop business cases, operating plans, and success metrics to align senior stakeholders and drive decision-making

Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities that improve selection, cost, speed, and customer experience

Drive structured experimentation and pilots to validate assumptions and inform scaling decisions

Lead stakeholder reviews, track program health, and proactively manage risks and dependencies

Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to continuously optimize launched initiatives

Collaborate with global teams to ensure learnings and capabilities can be extended across marketplaces

A day in the life
You start your day reviewing performance metrics and key initiative milestones. You align with partner teams on execution progress, unblock dependencies, and prepare data-backed updates for senior leadership. Your time is split between strategic planning, operational deep dives, and cross-functional coordination as initiatives move from concept to launch and scale.
