Sr Business Analyst Managed Accounts
In this role, you will support business decision-making by providing support and subject matter expertise to large and small product initiatives supporting Managed Account Operations and Trade Correction processing. You will also provide project support from design through implementation and monitoring and be the liaison between the business, technology, and at times external parties to accomplish business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support day to day Managed Account Operations and Trade correction processing from identifying open issues, then driving forward solutions on team with either suggestion process changes, or implementing enhancement after gathering requirements, testing, documentation, and training

Act as liaison among business leaders, staff, and vendors to gather information and share best practices, and ensure initiatives are executed appropriately. Provide timely and accurate documents and communication to business owners.  



Required Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications

Prior operations experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to provide data to leaders to make decisions related to project and business decisions 

Strong attention to detail

Proactively reviews and evaluates day-to-day processes for improvement

Self-directed learner with ability to work independently and with minimal guidance

Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and leaders

In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with ability to articulate these processes to others

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $81,700 - $112,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
